Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Hands-On Senior Engineering Manager.
In this role, you'll lead a team building the next generation of AI-driven workflows on top of our core product.
From creative manipulation and editing to intelligent automation that helps our customers produce high-performing content at scale.
This is not just about shipping features, but about crafting experiences and workflows our customers will genuinely love and rely on.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding your team to deliver meaningful, high-quality outcomes with clarity and purpose.
You'll invest deeply in your people through coaching, regular 1:1s, and thoughtful development planning, while proactively removing obstacles and creating an environment where engineers can do their best work
