A leading Canadian engineering consultancy is seeking an
Engineering Manager
to provide senior leadership to a national team delivering hydro and water-retaining infrastructure projects across Canada. This role is first and foremost a
people and business leadership position , focused on building, mentoring, and leading high-performing engineering teams, ensuring consistent project delivery, and supporting the long-term growth of the practice. Direct hands-on structural design experience is
not required .
Role Overview
Provide administrative, operational, and people leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team of engineers, technologists, technicians, and scientists.
