Engineering Manager

Our client is an industrial equipment manufacturing company in the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an experienced P.Eng. to join their team to lead and mentor an engineering team in their busy organization.

They have global distribution of their product and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of mechanical engineers, technologists, and designers.
• Design Authority: Review and approve comprehensive 3D models, detailed fabrication drawings, and accurate bills of materials (BOMs).
• Product Development: Oversee prototype creation, rigorous validation testing, and hands‑on, in‑plant commissioning support.
• Technical Translation: Convert complex customer process requirements into precise, executable equipment design specifications.
