Engineering Manager

Vancouver In-Office Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote), or open to Calgary (remote)

Introduction

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the primary responsibility of the Engineering Manager is to be responsible for all technical decisions and managing the technical reviews with all necessary stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a major capital project. As an Engineering Manager, this leader will oversee all technical decision‑making, guide multidisciplinary engineering activities, and ensure seamless coordination between consultants, internal stakeholders, and operational teams. This is an opportunity to influence project outcomes at every stage—driving technical excellence, ensuring design integrity, and supporting the transition from feasibility through execution.

This role will require to travel to Site once per month (expenses billable).
