Job Description

The Engineering Manager leads our engineering team. In this role, you will move beyond code contribution to focus on building the machine that builds the product. Your primary mandate is to increase the leverage of the engineering team - ensuring we are building high-quality software efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with the company's long-term goals. You serve as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy.

2. Manage & Mentor: Lead a team of Senior, Mid-level, and Junior engineers. Provide continuous coaching through weekly 1:1s, career development planning, and performance reviews.

3. Leader of Leaders: Coach the Assistant Manager(s) to effectively run day-to-day operations, ensuring they grow their own leadership capabilities.
