Engineering Manager

OVERVIEW:

• Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across the plant.

Drive equipment reliability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage team development, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance to support business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee mechanical, electrical, automation, control, and instrumentation activities across the plant.
2. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
3. Plan, budget, and execute CAPEX projects, including engineering upgrades and Industry 4.0 adoption.
4. Monitor process costs and OEE; implement cost-effective improvements.
5. Manage inventory, manpower, and performance tracking systems for optimal efficiency.
