Engineering Manager

TECHNICAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLANNING, ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY Work closely with the project team to come up with a development plan, provide technical recommendation and effectively implement them to fulfill project objectives and requirements efficiently. Work collaboratively with program managers to oversee the teams output and ensure prompt delivery. Represent the Development Team in meetings and communicate properly with internal and external project stakeholders. May be asked to meet with clients, together with the Product Owner for technical discussions. TEAM MANAGEMENT Enforce and improve development processes, tools, methodologies, coding practices and standards Works with our IT Services team to ensure proper infrastructure and server config are set. Lead efforts to innovate and establish the roadmap of the Technical Solutions and Development Team.
