About the Role

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Engineering Team in preparing shop drawings, material take-offs, and estimates
Ensure all technical documents comply with project specifications, codes, and quality standards
Support Project Managers and Site Engineers by resolving technical issues during execution
Supervise and mentor Engineers, CAD Operators, and Estimators to improve team performance
Streamline engineering processes, document control, and submittal timelines
Validate quantity and cost estimates for bidding, procurement, and project control
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers for technical clarifications
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 8 years of engineering experience in construction or fit-out projects
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial engineering role
