We are looking for a Tech Lead Backend to lead engineering teams in remote/hybrid setups across Portugal (Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra).
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience developing backend systems in Java with knowledge of Spring Boot
- Experience containerizing applications using Docker and managing orchestration with Kubernetes
- Experience designing REST APIs and working with relational databases (SQL)
- Strong technical leadership skills, able to guide teams and make architecture decisions
- Experience managing engineering teams, including performance management
