Engineering Manager

Lead the design and engineering of fiber optic networks (FTTx, OSP. ISP, data centers)

Develop high-level and detailed designs for fiber optic cabling, duct routes manhole placements and splicing plans

Prepare technical drawing ( AutoCAD, GIS-Based) including fiber layouts, splice diagrams and cable schedules

Define Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill Quantities (BOQ) for construction teams

Ensure designs adhere to Philippine Electronics Code Telcordia GR-20,ITU-T G,652 and NEC codes

Apply GPON, DWDM, and Ethernet network design principles

Research and recommend new fiber technologies(e.g bend insensitive, fiber, microducts, pre-terminated solutions

Optimize designs for minimizing signal loss(attenuation, PMD. chromatic dispersion

Work with clients, utility providers and government agencies for permit approvals,

Liaise with civil engineers to align fiber routes with trenching and ducting plans.
