Engineering Manager (New Factory Setup)

Overview

Location: Senai, Johor. Join us in building a new manufacturing site from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead factory start‑up efforts, build a high‑performing engineering team, and drive the successful transfer and ramp‑up of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Factory Setup & Line Transfer: Lead the setup, qualification, and ramp‑up of manufacturing equipment and production lines; drive successful transfer of masks and glue line processes from existing sites; ensure production readiness aligned with planned timelines and quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Manufacturing Process and Automation Engineers; build a high‑performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement; provide hands‑on technical leadership while developing team capability.
• Manufacturing Operations Support:
