About the Role

An established automotive manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams across product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time permanent role
 Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and technical leads

Provide direction across product development, manufacturing launch, and production support

Ensure engineering deliverables align with quality, cost, timing, and customer requirements

Support program planning, execution, and engineering reviews

Allocate and manage engineering resources to support multiple programs

Drive structured problem solving and corrective actions using recognized methodologies
