Engineering Manager (m/f/x) Analytics Platform

Are you a hands-on leader who loves shipping exceptional products while growing great engineers? We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-impact team (5–15 engineers) and turn product vision into reliable, scalable systems. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, deliver on commitments, leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate development, and build a resilient engineering culture.

What you will do:

+ Lead a team of 5–15 Software Engineers and own delivery — you will be accountable for timelines, quality, and production releases.
+ Drive execution by setting clear goals, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable delivery of milestones.
