JOB SUMMARY:

As 
Engineering Manager,
you need to
ensure operational continuity, asset preservation, and technical excellence across the DPI portfolio by managing preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, technical audits, and building engineers and technical staff performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably a licensed Engineer with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience in facilities management or property management, specifically with high-rise commercial/residential settings.
