As part of our Global Delivery Center (GDC), you'll be at the heart of delivering high-impact energy and power projects across the globe. We're seeking a proactive, people-focused Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive excellence in the design and delivery of thermal power generation and complex process plant projects through structured planning, technical coordination, and team engagement.

What You'll Do

•    Serve as the primary liaison between GDC and lead office teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and communication protocols.

•    Lead engineering planning and execution in collaboration with Project Managers, Design Leads, and discipline leads, maintaining accountability across all workstreams.

•    Coordinate cross-discipline design efforts, ensuring technical integrity, timely delivery, and alignment with Jacobs' delivery methodology and client expectations.
