About the Role:
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team building and scaling fintech platforms (Trading/OMS, Onboarding/OLA, and Clearing/Back-office integrations). This is a peer role to Product & Leadership and you will own engineering execution and team performance, while partnering closely with Product & Project leadership to align priorities, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder expectations.
This role is hands-on leadership: you will guide architecture, quality, and delivery while managing and mentoring the team. You will manage developers, guide technical decisions, enforce SDLC standards, unblock delivery, and ensure the team ships reliable software in a regulated environment.
