The Role
We are looking for seasoned engineers who are quality-conscious, product thinkers, and business-cognizant—not mere coders.
In this role, you will own engineering the Retail Media ecosystem in Flipkart Commerce Cloud.
You will be expected to:
- Design and code independently across multiple tech components related to your functional area.
- Develop a deep understanding of non-functional requirements, such as reliability and availability, scale, horizontal scalability, etc., over time and make tech stack decisions accordingly.
- Actively mentor junior engineers and take ownership of the codebase quality.
- Amplify the impact of your work or creations with the scale that Flipkart operates at, which demands super-efficient solutions.
