Engineering Manager

About the role
We're hiring a Engineering Manager to increase stability, predictability, and execution discipline across our product engineering and data integration teams.
This role exists to professionalise and accelerate how we ship software as we scale:
Increase the cadence and reliability of releases
Ensure new features and refinements are delivered consistently
Bring structure to product, data, and integration execution
You'll be accountable for how work gets delivered — capacity, sequencing, quality, and cadence.
What you'll do
Line-manage engineers across:
Product engineering
Data engineering
Integration work
Own day-to-day execution of development work
Run and mature:
Sprint planning
Backlog refinement (with Product)
Delivery tracking and release coordination
Technical operations across both product and data environments
Balance priorities across:
Feature delivery
Technical debt pay-down
Integration commitments
