This role exists to professionalise and accelerate how we ship software as we scale:
- Increase the cadence and reliability of releases
- Ensure new features

refinements are delivered consistently - Bring structure to product, data, and integration execution
You'll be accountable for how work gets delivered — capacity, sequencing, quality, and cadence.
