About the Role
The role will have leadership and engineering responsibility for the Beijing engineering department. This role will maintain a strong focus on high initiatives in driving engineering efficiency and quality. This individual will maintain a key engineering interface with Project management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Services, and even Customers in order to fully support the project implementation, technical communication and product engineering requirements. In the meanwhile, this role will take responsibilities to improve engineering efficiency, quality and optimize the process. This position requires strong management, organizational and leadership skills. Strong management skills and demonstrated leadership track record with proven success in driving engineering and design efficiency.
