About the Role

Factory Sustainable Engineering (FSE) mission is to ensure the long-term sustainability of HGA factory’s manufacturing systems and processes. We introduce new technologies, develop innovative solutions and improvement projects to maintain and enhance the manufacturing system, ensuring it consistently meets Seagate’s product requirements. Our work encompasses equipment software development, process improvement, and technology enhancement to support and sustain HGA manufacturing operations.
About the role - you will:
Lead and manage the Hardware (H/W) engineer team within the Factory Sustainable Engineering department. Ensure continuous improvement and undisrupted operation of critical automation mass production machine processes, factory enhancement and quality improvement activities
