The Role
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to own the platform end-to-end — from architecture and team building to production reliability and AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Ownership: Lead architecture, development, and scalability of a multi-tenant SaaS platform (cloud + on-prem ready).
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap, evaluate technologies, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Team Leadership: Hire and lead a 7+ engineer team. Establish strong engineering culture, quarterly OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
