Position Overview

We are hiring anEngineering Manager – Data & Servicesto lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating backend services and APIs that support Autodesk’s enterprise data and platform capabilities. This role is intended for a people-focused engineering leader withastrong foundationin backend software engineering, APIs, and service-oriented architectures, who can effectively manage delivery, execution, and collaboration across product and engineering partners.

As an Engineering Manager, your primary responsibilityis toleadand enable the team—through clear direction, strong execution, and continuous coaching—while staying sufficiently hands-on to guide technical decisions, review designs, and support production operations.
