Job Description
To manage the Site Engineering Team, ensuring plant and machinery are maintained to the Preventive Maintenance System to minimise risk of equipment downtime.Maintaining internal and external building fabric. Ensure than all equipment, fabric, building complies to Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations, legislation, company guidelines, customer codes of practice and accreditation requirements.To trend and analyse downtime/failure, carry out root cause analysis and implement preventive action.Implementation of projects for Continuous Improvement in Plant performance, reducing waste, complaints, labour, downtime, energy usage and increasing output.Ensure that the Engineering Team have training and deve...
