We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Juarez, Mexico. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
The Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the engineering department, facilitating efficient EMS manufacturing operations, including but not limited to New Product Introduction (NPI’s), Development, Maintenance and Test Engineering activities, and PCBA’s and Complex Box Build products from customers’ specifications and requirements.
