Engineering Manager

About the Role

Conex Prime Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to establish and lead our Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Engineering Department from the ground up
• Collaborate with the project team to create detailed plans and schedules
• Prevents technical errors that may cause claims or rework
• Check and monitor project execution and schedule in compliance with the Client's requirements
• Advises if a variation order is needed or if a cost impact exists due to a technical change
• Conduct regular checking and validation of site accomplishments versus labor cost
• Track project progress and identify potential issues.
• Develop engineering strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Perform other tasks as may be directed by the management
