About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth and real AI experience to lead a team delivering enterprise-grade software across AI, middleware, UI, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a coordination role.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture and delivery of a cloud-native enterprise platform
Build and ship AI-powered capabilities (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows)
Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 engineers operating across multiple domains
Create a strong ownership culture (engineers own build + quality end-to-end)
Eliminate single-point dependencies and grow multi-skilled engineers
