Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, process design for all prototypes and mass-pro models
• To ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA are carried out for all automotive models
• To evaluate overall production technical capabilities of producing new models
• Demonstrate high efficiency in analyzing new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations. To set up the production technique and process specification during pre-production stage
• To maximize material usage during layout plan (Mapping Stage)
• Handling of UL safety standard requirement
• Ensuring effective operation of Engineering Organization
