About the Role
Job Summary
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing engineering activities across Chip Fabrication (Fab), CoC (Chip on Carrier), Wafer/Die Processing (WC), and related semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role ensures process optimization, yield improvement, cost control, technical compliance, and continuous improvement to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Engineering & Process Management
- Oversee daily engineering operations for Fab, CoC, WC and supporting processes.
- Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality and reliability issues.
- Ensure process stability through SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and risk management.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities.
