Engineering Manager

At Factorial, we're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to help us tackle our domain's challenges and ensure our product development reaches the next level. We want someone who enjoys making a real impact by working closely with the business.

The Engineering team at large:

At Factorial, we have a team of over 200 Full-stack developers. We look for curious, proactive people with good soft and communication skills. The last one is the key in a distributed company.
We don’t focus on a long list of skills and technologies. While our stack is Ruby on Rails for the backend and React/React Native for the clients, proficiency in these is not mandatory. We believe that good aptitudes and a hunger for learning work best.

The Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of your team while also being accountable for the health and growth of your product.
