Engineering Manager

• Role: System and Specialist Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the Project engineering and Integrated Logistic Support teams
• Responsible for delivering project engineering outcomes on behalf of the Project Director.
• Ensure engineering technical outcomes of the shipbuilding design and build contract are achieved.
• Develop and maintain engineering strategies, plans, schedules, and estimates.
• Develop and maintain project engineering documentation and data base for record keeping and audit purposes.
• Conduct engineering briefings, workshops, and presentations, including contracted System Review meetings.
• Support the development of build quality requirements
• Support the Principal Engineer in planning and managing certification and assurance activities.
