Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager who can design systems, guide engineering teams, and actively contribute to code across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong execution capability in React, , React Native, Flutter, and Native iOS/Android, with ownership of architecture, delivery, and engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

• Own high-level and low-level system design for web and mobile applications
• Design scalable architectures using React (Web), (Backend), React Native & Flutter (Mobile)
• Make architecture decisions between cross-platform vs native mobile approaches
• Define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

Hands-on Engineering Leadership

• Provide code-level guidance and reviews across:
