Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the team under supervision.
• Manage resources and assign objectives to the engineering department.
• Implement, manage, and maintain the Lean Manufacturing system.
• Develop and document production processes, including process flow, VSM, PFMEA, work instructions, and visual aids.
• Define and maintain the visual factory.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Approve and validate samples and pilot runs.
• Transfer and launch new products and processes, including the introduction of new processes.
• Validate processes through IQ, OQ, PQ, DOE, TMV, etc.
• Establish the installed capacity of equipment.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Manage capital projects and ensure proper use of resources.
