Engineering Manager

Lead manufacturing team in launching new program and facility transfer programs, including tracking plans, costing new products, overseeing design of manufacturing lines and stations.
Generation and tracking of preventive / predictive / TPM maintenance plans.
Ensure the maintenance of the building and peripherals (Compressors, Generator, Fire System, Electrical Installations).
Extensive knowledge in the area of maintenance and controls.
Perform ergonomics and safety assessment for stations and processes (HRT4E).
Develop process standards and document them.
Responsible for current plant layout, respecting legal requirements, lean manufacturing, company standards.
Responsible for APQP documentation.
Manage CAR (capital projects) budgets.
Manage department budget.
Responsible for ensuring equipment suppliers build to ADIENT specifications.
Responsible for capacity analysis.
Responsible for reviewing cost information on current product changes.
