About the Role
The Engineering Manager is responsible for a team of software engineers and partners with technical product management and other engineering leaders to deliver business outcomes that enable Goodway Group to acquire and retain customers in the short and long-term. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and technical road-map of the team they supervise, including management of technical debt to ensure that productivity stays high over time as well as compliance and security initiatives.
While this is a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States, travel will be required based on business needs.Partner with technical product management to establish business goals for the engineering team.
