About the Role
We are actively looking for an Engineering Manager to join a very well-established Oil and Gas company on a temporary basis, based in Aberdeenshire. You will be joining an experienced team who have built long term clients over many successful years. Based within the company’s offices, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the engineering department, carrying out duties such as:
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers/ liaising with other departments on broader scopes of work.
* Compile engineering quotations and lead engineering projects.
* Liaise with colleague on how to refine, improve or simplify jobs.
* Monitor engineering hours consumed on jobs.
* Delegate workloads to appropriate personnel.
* Adhere to the companies Engineering Quality Management system.
* Assist Engineers where required.
* Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
