Project In-Charge
A Licensed Civil Engineer

Has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Has at least 3 year of work experience in the same capacity 

Can handle both ADMIN and SUBCON Manpower

Experience in STRUCTURAL PROJECTS is an ADVANTAGE

Must know how to detail drawings

Must know how to estimate quantity at cost

Must know how to evaluate billings

Must have the ability to make decisions and must possess leadership skills

Must have time management and organizational skills

With extensive exposure in the construction industry

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
