The Engineering Lead will oversee engineering systems, manufacturing processes, production standardization, and quality across the organization. As the head of Engineering at Zero Point Cryogenics, the role bridges R&D and production, ensuring seamless transition of products from prototype to scalable manufacturing. The position requires strong technical expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to independently structure processes in a fast‑paced deep‑tech environment.
