Engineering Lead

The purpose of this role is to lead engineering excellence in delivery for Digital Commercial squads. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading delivery for 2 squads of developers and testers, setting a high bar for engineering excellence and delivery.

This role will involve solution design for new features, and hands-on coding to do POCs or reference implementations or assist teams with engineering challenges if required. You will work closely with business stakeholders and global and regional technology teams to understand business priorities, architecture standards and security policies. 

For delivery, effective management of competing priorities across geographically dispersed teams, creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, and superior communication skills are crucial to overcome challenges and manage key delivery risks while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
