Engineering Lead

Overview

Rapidz is building crypto-native payments, cards, and financial infrastructure across multiple markets. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead who can ship code, coach engineers, and put strong engineering standards and processes in place.

This is a true player-coach role . You’ll work across backend and mobile teams, helping engineers move fast while keeping quality, reliability, and consistency high.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and contributing hands-on to backend development using Node.js / NestJS
• Providing technical leadership across backend and React Native mobile apps
• Setting and enforcing engineering standards (code quality, reviews, testing, documentation)
• Coaching engineers through pairing, reviews, and architectural guidance
