About the Role

What You’ll Do
 :
Lead and coach a team of technology professionals.

Build and maintain solid, professional, working relationships with peers within the portfolio and business lines.

Work closely with the business lines and product owners to set priority and deliver business value.

You will champion a high-performance Agile environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates your team by fostering an inclusive work environment; informing vison, values, business strategy and managing succession and development planning for your team.

Identify and track performance, health, and success metrics for core solutions.
