Engineering Head (Construction and Trading)

Qualifications

*Licensed Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer (preferred) or other relevant engineering license.

*Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or related field

*At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering management, and/or trading of construction material

*Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

*Strong knowledge of:

• Construction methods, project management, and cost control
• Engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Procurement, material sourcing, and supplier management

*Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and basic estimating software

*Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities
