About the Role

This is a full time, permanent opportunity and you will be joining a knowledgeable and talented team within one of the UKs leading ground investigation companies. This position is open to those with industry experience who wish to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities: 
Assisting with office-based duties and on-site ground investigation projects across Scotland and the UK.
Undertaking Phase 1 desk studies
Liaising with clients, engineering supervisors and subcontractors.
Setting up and organising ground investigation works.
Supervising and completing intrusive ground investigations involving multiple techniques including sonic, rotary, cable percussion and window sampling boreholes, geophysics, trial pits amongst others.
Soil and rock logging to current geotechnical standards, including laboratory scheduling.
Processing field and laboratory results
Report writing
