What you’ll be doing

As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless delivery across one or more engineering squads. Acting as the “front door” to Engineering, you’ll manage cross‑team initiatives, remove blockers, embed Professional Kanban principles, and coach teams to continuously improve. This is a people‑focused, delivery‑obsessed role where you will influence ways of working, guide multi‑disciplinary teams, and enable predictable, value‑driven outcomes across our technology landscape.
