About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Aurora Subic Hotel. As the Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel's technical infrastructure. This full-time position is based in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating the daily activities of the engineering department to maintain the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems
2. Overseeing the preventive maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
3. Monitoring and optimising the hotel's energy consumption and environmental impact
4. Collaborating with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee projects and service work
