Engineering Automation Engineer/Senior Engineer

Location: Qingdao Supply Site

Responsibilities:

Project phase (2024-2028)

·Design, set up and develop automation systems to support project progress.

·Fully involved in Qingdao site automation systems design, construction, qualification to deliver PMDI site as autonomous and smart factory.

·Develop automation systems standard and process to meet startup and BAU requirement.

·Ensure SHE, GMP and regulatory compliance in automation areas.

·Review and approve requirements, specifications, drawings, coding procedures and guidelines.

·Work with project team and other engineers to ensure system design meeting URS and BAU requirements.

·PPS and CI practices to ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully.

BAU phase (2028 onwards)

·Be responsible for site wide process automation, supervisory control, and data acquisition solutions including programming and implement new PLC/HMI code, change existing PLC/HMI code, and monitor...
