The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Assistant to provide technical and documentation support for ongoing engineering projects. You'll work closely with the Founder/Engineer to prepare drawings, diagrams, and organized documentation that ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit 2D drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare diagrams and layouts in Microsoft Visio (or similar tools)
Assist with developing cutsheets, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Organize and maintain engineering documentation and project files
Conduct light technical research, such as identifying alternative components or suppliers
Support the engineering team with other documentation or technical tasks as assigned
