About the Role
Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes
Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
- Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment
- Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
- Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction
- Updated and control of equipment spare parts
- Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
- Support new program / model start-up
- Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday
- Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products
- Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
- Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group
- Possessing a Six Sigma Green Belt will be advantageous
