Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review project status
• Review daily accomplishments and backlogs on job orders and projects
• Plan and ensure implementation of a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance program for the whole plant.
• Ensure delivery of key Performance Indicators
• Prepare plans and implement electrical and mechanical installations of utilization equipment's and machineries.
• Prepare studies, design and implement cost reduction measures and projects
• Implement modification, alternations and improvements on existing machineries and system based on thorough study w/c aim to improve operation in terms of quality and output.
• Make inquiry and submit proposal for major machine part purchasing
• Ensure availability of spare parts
• Approve engineering documents necessary for the departments operation.
• Short meeting with Supervisor to plan schedules for the next working day.
