Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze hourly and daily service measurement data to ensure that the SNAP project returns to established baseline KPIs. Represent the team in SNAP-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks, ensuring deliverables are met and holding other parties accountable for performance post-integration. Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues either independently or by coordinating with the tower crew and integrator after the SNAP project.
